History

Environmental Sustainability
- Water management: Closed circuit cleaning systems, separate stormwater network, and purification of residual water and use of it as water supplied to the composting plant, waterproofed rafts.
- Energy management: Photovoltaic plant installation, maximum use of natural light and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Emissions reduction: Use of a biomass boiler in the oil mill that is fed by the olive pit previously conditioned in the facility itself, prioritization of natural fertilizer (the oil mill generates its own compost) against chemical fertilizers
- Waste management: Valuation of the lees (with manager) and from alpeorujo (part for biomass and part for composting) and generation of own compost from the organic waste of the process.
