Los Remedios receives a visit from a group linked to Kansas State University
Los Remedios has received in its oil mill Olvera the visit of a group of farmers and ranchers collaborating with Kansas State University (K-State), in a day dedicated to the exchange of experiences and knowledge of our activity.
During the visit, The group toured our facilities to learn first-hand about the operation of the cooperative and the process of preparing our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, thus approaching the olive tradition of the Sierra de Cádiz.
The experience was completed with a oil tasting, in which attendees were able to discover different aromas, flavors and characteristics of our products.
A day that has allowed us to share knowledge about the agricultural sector and show how we work in Los Remedios, from the arrival of the olive to the obtaining of an Extra Virgin Olive Oil closely linked to our territory.
We thank all participants for their visit and the interest shown in our cooperative, our oil mill and the culture of the olive grove.
